At the rank of Liuetenant the position of Squad Leader is available. When a Squad Leader is chosen that person (he/she) will take command of a squad, containing three people - The Squad Leader, and two recruits ranging from the ranks of apprentice to sargent. Squads will be assigned by the leader of the team, IceStripe.
Shadow Team was originally formed for zombie survival, untill we moved the team to Halo for online experience. The challenge in Halo online is more entertaining than the challenge in Call of Duty matchmaking, also the Halo campaign is awesome. we mostly play Halo 3 and Halo 4, and we play Call of Duty: World at War, Black Ops, and Black Ops 2 for zombies. Also for fun we play games like Borderlands 2 and others.
Shadow Team is a team composed of four core members, and about two to four sub members. The four core members are the most skilled and ranked members in the team. As far a squad leaders go, they will be chosen at the rank of liuetenant as the most fit to train atleast one sub member.
We are all serious about the game and we play to win and to get better. Dont take that the wrong way, we have lives, but when we are on Xbox, we are hard core gamers and play clean and fair.
